Duty drawbacks and rebate administration

We assist clients to recover duties paid upon the importation of goods by processing duty drawback claims in terms of the following provisions of the Customs and Excise Act:

• Refund Item 521, 522 and 536 – where goods are imported and re-exported or supplied to original equipment manufacturers.
• Refund Item 537 and 538 – where Import Rebate Credit Certificates are used to offset import duties on motor vehicle and component imports.
